Deadsville et al

Yeah, I know. This has become a time capsule of of old news and conversations. However, I think a couple of things bear posting. Most notably - Stephen Hawking doing the zero gravity dance. Man, it gave me great joy seeing him smile.
And... I'm going to see Pharaoh Sanders at Jazzfest tomorrow. It's a pilgrimage that is long overdue. Much love everybody.

I'm almost speechless. He opened with "Favorite Things" and continued to tear the roof off until he closed with "Ole'" accompanied by Terrence Blanchard. Unbelievable. Wish you all could have been there.
